Dr.Dhanajay Varnekar from Pune selected as Senator of International Unicef Council-France

Pune : The International Unicef Council awarded to Dr.Dhanajay Varnekar by the post of “Senator of International Unicef Council-France.” The unconditional and selfless efforts of Dr.Dhananjay Varnekar towards the Citizens of India has made them selected. He is a social activist and founder chairman of Varnekar Universal Foundation. He done many social activities like food donations, blood donations and book donations for the needy peoples. In the pandemic he feed more than lakh people. All his achievement of social activity brought him to be a Senator.

An extra ordinary human being with a humble persona Dr.Dhananjay Varnekar is the only person who got selected from Maharashtra as Senator of Unicef. In the month of January Dr.Dhananjay Varnekar awarded with “The Global Achiever” by ‘Unicef’ for his unconditional and extra ordinary work. Now one more feather as “Senator” added in the cap of Dr.Varnekar as the honor of his commendable work towards society.

A social activist and founder chairman of Varnekar Universal Foundation Dr.Varnekar strongly believes and supports Each life is unique and everyone has right to live a better and peaceful life. To support this thought Dr.Varnekar’s IIBM group institutions work towards the well being of the community by sponsoring free Education for skill based courses to make the youth independent.

Dr.Dhananjay Varnekar’s years of dedicated social work towards community have brought him UNICEF’S richly deserved honor as the SENATOR.

           Poverty, inequality, discrimination and distance continue to deny millions of children their rights. Towards the humanity Dr.Varnekar runs the food donation, blood donation, Books and other educational intellectual material donation drives in different places of Maharashtra for the needy people. During the Covid 19 pandemic Last year and today too Dr.Varnekar feed more than lack people. Every year Dr. Varnekar’s different organizations and educational institutes run the campaign of SOLE for Soul (The footwear distribution drive), Fight against Hunger (Food distribution drive), Spread the smile (the food grains, cloths, hygiene kits distribution drive etc), tree plantation drive and the most important the notebooks, stationary and school study material distribution drive runs every year under the thought "Padhega India Tabhi Badhega India."

Dr.Varnekar has expressed gratitude for appreciating his work.  He promised to continue his good work for the well being of Society.
